Work the Process clinics bring together swimmers of all levels for a focused session on technique, efficiency, and the mental side of racing. Led by Jeff, Kristine, Trenton, or a combination.

What to expect

Each clinic runs approximately 2.5 hours and is built around purposeful instruction, not just more yardage. Swimmers get individual attention, video feedback where applicable, and time to ask questions.

Topics are selected with the host coach or team based on the swimmers' needs. Sessions cover stroke mechanics, turns, starts, race strategy, and the mental habits that separate good swimmers from great ones.

Clinics can be led by Jeff, Kristine, Trenton, or a combination, depending on availability and what fits your group best. Clinician lineup is confirmed during booking.

Clinic formats

Open-signup clinic

Typically $99 per athlete

  • A 2.5-hour session open to individual athletes.
  • Minimum 10 swimmers, maximum 20 per clinician.
  • The host provides pool space and promotes registration to its team.
  • No upfront clinic fee for the host.
  • Clinics are typically cancelled if minimum registration is not reached.
  • Additional clinicians can expand participation while maintaining ratios; additional costs are confirmed before booking.
  • Clinician lineup and final pricing confirmed before booking.

Team clinic

Starting at $2,500
  • A 2.5-hour session tailored to your program's goals.
  • Group size and format agreed upon before booking.
  • For larger groups, your coaching staff helps manage swimmers and support instruction.
  • Coach learning and discussion can be incorporated.
  • Clinician lineup, fees, and travel confirmed before booking.

Travel reimbursement is required for clinics held more than 45 minutes from Mission Viejo, CA. Travel costs are confirmed before booking.
